Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns, but if you do have a concern about your items, please contact us at support@podiumclothingbrand.com to start a conversation about how we can address your concern. We're always happy to help!
DEFECTS
We strive to get it right the first time, which is why we inspect every product three to four times during our quality control process. However, if you do receive a faulty product, please contact us at support@podiumclothingbrand.com, quoting your order number and enclosing a photo of the product to assist you. Our aim is to satisfy our customers. We stand behind our hand-crafted. Our products are inspected to ensure that our customers are satisfied.
DELIVERY TIME
Please note that your orders are processed within 15 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Your orders will be shipped after these 15 days. (Excluding weekends and public holidays).
From the moment parcels are sent to our shipping service provider (Mauritius Post), arrival times are beyond our control. Please note that the delivery time may vary during the holiday season without Podium Clothing Brand being held responsible.
In the event that you receive your package late, due to the delay of the carrier, Podium Clothing Brand cannot be held responsible.
Podium Clothing Brand cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft or deterioration of the parcel.
It is important to note that delivery costs are entirely at the customer's expense, and vary according to the weight of the package and the customer's address.
Podium Clothing Brand is not responsible for the following:
- errors made by Mauritius Post
- Incorrect addresses given by customers
- Damage to orders caused by the postal service
- P.O. box problems

Podium Clothing Brand uses La Mauritius Post to ship your order by standard mail (unless otherwise specified in your shipping method). This can take from one to fifteen working days (excluding public holidays and weekends). Please note that Podium Clothing Brand reserves the right not to accept payments or confirm orders for any reason whatsoever.

Podium Clothing Brand uses La Mauritius Post to ship your order. This can take from one to fifteen working days (excluding public holidays and weekends) depending on your location. Please note that Podium Clothing Brand reserves the right not to accept payments or confirm orders for any reason whatsoever.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
After processing, your items will be dispatched between one and fifteen working days by La Mauritius Post. You will first receive an order confirmation email, followed by a shipping confirmation email. You can select expedited shipping and tracking options during checkout if you wish.
